Candy at Lochgreen

Jiggered Ceilidh Band were privileged to play at Nadia and Andy’s wedding at Lochgreen House Hotel (Troon) last night. Nadia is a a good freind of Chris’, having worked together for a few years. The wedding was lovely and the evening culminated in a ceilidh, provided by the busiest band in Scotland over the next two days (we’ve got TWO more ceilidhs for Hogmanay…watch this space).

Nadia and Andy had requested Paolo Nutini’s “Candy” for their first dance and we did this for them- it was such a hit with the couple that we re-played it at the end of the night. It was a fun night for Jiggered- the crowd were lively and enthusiastic and it’s always specal to play for someone you know. Andy and Nadia were delighted with the ceilidh- Andy commented that it “made the night”, and Nadia said it was “just perfect”. Mission accomplished!
