We're back!

Saturday 7th August 2021 was a significant night for Jiggered Ceilidh Band.

After 17 long months of disappointed brides and grooms with cancelled and postponed ceilidhs due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the ceilidh drought was finally over and we were back in action! And what a fantastic night to kick it off, with a beautiful wedding set in a marquee at Wester Gartchonzie Farm, Callendar, close to the banks of Loch Venachar.

Bride and groom Mairi and Adam had chosen two special songs for their first and last dances, which we were delighted to perform for them: Better Together by Jack Johnson and Trying on Rings by Maddie and Tae. As well as some lively ceilidh dances and covers, the crowd were treated throughout the night to a fire pit, chocolate cake and freshly made pizzas. All in all a lovely evening in beautiful surroundings.

And as for Jiggered, it is SO good to be back doing what we love!
