Jiggered do specialise in wedding ceilidhs but performing at birthday events for those entering their fifth decade has become something of a forte too (sorry, couldn't resist that pun).

Recently Gary organised a big 40th birthday bash for his wife, Kim, in the East View Suite of the Park Hotel. In the grounds of Kilmarnock Football Club, Friday’s night’s party looked out onto the stadium - although the next match was the following day, so we weren't drowned out by the cheers of fans celebrating yet another Killie goal.

With a slideshow of photos of Kim playing throughout the evening, guests had a wee trip down memory lane while her friends and family danced the night away (with the kids stealing the limelight with their moves on the dance floor).

Gary messaged later to say his WhatsApp group was "going daft with folk expressing how good Jiggered were"...mission accomplished. Sorry about the avalanche of notifications, Gary!
