Getting that fundraiser off to a flyer!

It was her birthday and Gemma turned up at this ceilidh showing off one of her birthday pressies- a gorgeous new guitar!

This ceilidh was a stoater. A brilliant reason for a ceilidh (fundraising for a team heading out next month to help orphans and widows in India!). Unbelievable food at the break (a taste of India- curry, naan, poppadoms, spicy onions…loving it!). Enthusiastic dancers (so many had turned up to support the event and they were well up for a ceilidh).

And, em, I met two ultra-fans who were excited to meet one of the members of Team Smith who won BBC’s Family Brain Games this year. A pleasure to meet Kyle and Bethany!

Anyway, we can’t wait to hear how the India Mission Trip goes. Thanks for having us Becky!
