On Friday night we were delighted to be back performing again for Milngavie & Bearsden Swimming Club. This year the venue was St Andrews Church Hall in Bearsden, Glasgow.

After our first ceilidh set, it was prize giving time, and it turned out that, not only were this lot extremely talented ceilidh-dancers, but they were also pretty good at swimming!

This was a milestone ceilidh for us as a band as it was the first in many years that didn’t feature achy shoulders and scratch marks, courtesy of Ewan’s blue Ikea bag used for his drum stands etc. The rest of the band had (clearly) had enough and kindly gifted him a fancy new hardware case for his birthday - putting an end to that era. Good times…
